- What is your turn around time for shipping?
- We ship everything that is ready-to-sell within 3 business days following the order. If you need something quicker, please email us and we will work with you to get it to your door faster!
- What is your refund policy?
- There are no refunds or exchanges on our products. This policy is to make sure that our products are 'new' for every single one of our customers.
- What happens if a product is damaged during shipping?
- Please contact us within 24 hours of the shipment's delivery. Send images showing the damage to email@example.com so that we can file the appropriate claims with Fedex or UPS.
- What is your turn around time for pre-orders?
- Pre-orders will have a specific length of time mentioned in their listing. This is an average, and can take longer, but we will keep in contact with any added time to the pre-order.

SHIPPING RATES: Shipping rates are calculated by zip code, and should be accurately calculated. APO Addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories may have an additional shipping cost that will be invoiced before shipping.
RTS: Ready-to-ship items will be sent within 3 business days.
